Dorsata brings the same clinical decision support engine that powers Dorsata Prenatal into Dorsata Companion. This rules engine presents a single, consolidated care plan for each patient and each visit that’s based on her active problems, her history, and based on her gestational age, pregnancy history, problem list, and other clinical or administrative criteria. In the same interface, Dorsata CareGoals highlights when important care is missing or not yet completed so the right care can happen every time.
DOCUMENTS EXACTLY THE CARE DELIVERED
In Dorsata Companion, working through the CarePlan builds the documentation to support the appropriate billing code and writes the note directly into the Assessment & Plan. This makes sure that delivering the right care is automatically writing the proper documentation, not doubling the work to document each visit.
